Car trunk lid hinge contain a pair of symmetrical parts include left and right piece,each piece have 5-6 rivet points with different diameter and length of rivets. It is really difficult to avoid processing defective products by humans job. However, our CNC riveting machine can process the left and right pieces at once and automatically detect the fault job, it will give perfect customers experience.
In the design of this CNC riveting machine, we designed a pair of matchable clamps for holding the right and left riveting pieces at once, it is tightly hold by pneumatic rotating cylinder, this designation can avoid the trouble of clamping replacement, as well decreasing the probability of human error. In case of wrong and neglected loading, we have assembled height detection device on the side of the head, to measure the rivets height before riveting and forming.
The riveting effect is perfect to meet the processing requirement of the Car trunk lid hinge after the completion of the whole equipment design and manufacturing process.
